Rebecca Morse Whitten is the new morning gal at Soft Rock 106.5 WBMW in New London CT.

I checked their website. She's co-hosting with some guy named Glenn. Looks like they have basically an all-female staff other than this Glenn with some female power hour in the morning. Definitely aiming at women with more than just the soft music. RMW's about as good as any other female co-host out there. I'm glad she rebounded after the double-standard CC fiasco a couple of years ago. So does she still do any traffic?

Good for her for landing on her feet.

She should've hired an attorney and field a wrongful termination lawsuit against Clear Channel for firing her for something she was found not guilty of. You can't terminate someone for something the court says they didn't do. They would've had to take her back and pay her back salary etc.

That would be Glenn O'Brien. Up until 2002 he was the 7PM-Midnite Jock on Oldies 102.9 in Hartford. There are men on the SoftRock staff, but only behind the scenes - there's John Fuller who's the station owner, Brian Ram who's the program director, and Tim Burrows the sales manager.
