Just a head's up that her last night on KSLX has sadly arrived-- 7-11pm.

Susan Stone, to me, IS KSLX and there are so many great memories listening to her, back when she did middays, then to afternoons, and now evenings. There are big shoes to fill that I don't believe can ever be filled, because her talent, knowledge, and personality combined cannot be replicated.

Susan Stone was always a good time...but I never could find her name written on the walls in the boy's bathroom. You made listening to the radio fun, Susan, and you will be missed.
I enjoyed nursing when I was a baby, but it is different as a job. I hope you enjoy being a nurse. You sound like you have the heart to be a natural caregiver. With that menagerie of yours at home, you've had a lot of practice, and now all you need is your license.
I never have met you, but if I ever have to say, "Oh, Nurse!", I will be thinking of you.
