I'm shocked! Susan Wise is gone from Easy 93.1 (WFEZ). Easy 93.1 is one of a number of stations I stream here in Jacksonville. Ironically, I've been listening a lot more since Magic 102.7 went away. Recently, their FB page posted a photo of the Easy family together. Looks like that photo is gone now as well as many of Susan's posts and references and videos.

Ellen Jaffe is filling-in probably until a replacement is named, unless tag she'll be it. Ellen had many years at WLYF and then disappeared as if her time there didn't exist last fall. Radio is a brutal business. What a shame. Good luck, Susan!
 
In early February, Ed Edwards announced he'd be retiring from LITE FM on March 7th, after nearly 25 years at 101.5. Toward the end of February, Susan Wise found herself with some free time on her hands. The transition was serendipitous.
 
Took a stand on principal and it landed me jobless...but possibly the best thing to happen. Left town with my head held high. Back in Missouri (home) looking for a gig around Springfield or Branson.
