Susquehanna and a lawsuit over Q100's signal

This was sent to me via email from insideradio.com but I don't have a subscription so I can't get any more details. Does anybody know what this exactly is?

Susquehanna loses another round in the $15 million Battle for Atlanta - over "Q100."

The 11th Circuit Appeals Court upholds a lower court ruling ordering Susquehanna to pay $10 million in damages and $5 million in interest - related to the move-in of what's now "Q100" WWWQ, College Park, GA (100.5). The case dates back to 1996 when Susquehanna paid $15,050,000 for WHMA in Anniston, AL - and hinges on how good the actual signal turned out to be.

Rodney,

Here is the URL for what appears to be the opinion:

It's a rather dull contracts case, hinging on whether Susquehanna received a final order allowing it to move the station prior to a certain date. Looking at the four corners of the opinion, the quality of the resulting signal has nothing to do with the case (at least as far as the judges are concerned). Good to know the accuracy of Inside Radio's reporting hasn't changed since I was in the business or since Clear Channel bought the publication.
