According to www.allaccess.com they're saying Citadel is the front runner of buying Susquehanna. They need to flip The Bone back to AAA, because there are 3 AAA stations owned by Citadel 2 of them are doing really well in the ratings, the Bone should've never dumped the AAA format in the first place, now the Bone sucks. I hope Citadel buys Susquehanna so they can flip the Bone back to AAA. The AAA stations owned by Citadel are WOKI-Knoxville, TN, WCLZ- Portland, Maine, and KENZ- Salt Lake City. Any thoughts!!

I know nothing about "Classic Rock" - quotes intentional...I'm perfect for the gig.

Looks as if scoot and kofartski are looking for a fall guy when their new corporate overlords come to town,blame the mistakes of the past on the new guy. Sounds like classic strong behavior to me.

AAA is a good format. I enjoyed The Zone when it was here. I must've been the only one though because the ratings were not very good for the station. I think the problem with 93.3 is the bad signal. Austin has 2 AAA stations (Channel 102.3 and 107.1 FM)but I don't know how either of them are doing in the ratings.

If the new mgmt ties years of sub-mediocrity to one new guy, they get what they deserve.

Citadel is a small market operator. Predict Susq management team will buyout company, they have big $$ backers.

KGSR does better than KPEZ. A good "world class rock" station would do well in Dallas. The Zone/Merge didn't do well because, in my opinion, it wasn't very good.

I'd like to see that happen...Susquehanna is a great operation and I'd hate to see it change dramatically.
