SW Pirate SSTV Decode

This is from Cupid Radio Shortwave 15105khz, Sun July 14th at 1847UTC in McGrath, Alaska.

Cupid uses 500 watts into a 3 element beam antenna and was pointing in the general direction of the northern USA and southern Canada at the time.

I use a TEF6686, DXEngineering Preamp, EmTech Zm2 antenna tuner and big ass Wellbrook loop.
