"Sweater Weather" by The Neighbourhood

For months, I've been hearing "Sweater Weather" from indie rock group The Neighbourhood. It's been growing on me since early April (and has become an instant favorite) as I was listening to it on iHeartRadio's "World Class Rock" station (AAA), 91.7 KXT (AAA), and 102.1 The Edge (Alternative). In recent weeks, the song has now cracked into Top 40 KLIF-FM i93 and now KHKS 106.1 Kiss FM!! With the upcoming cold snap, I'd figure "Sweater Weather" would be a proper hit. LOL!!

Heard this before? What do y'all think?
