Sweepers & Bumpers

Can someone elaborate on the the difference between Sweepers and Bumpers? Thanks, Mike
A sweeper should sound like "You are listening to (insert station name here)", whilst a bumper is like "This content is brought to you buy (insert sponsor here). Basically a sweeper is a station liner, that identifies the program you are overall listening to. A bumper, meanwhile, may identify the station, but will mostly be played before a commercial to let you know what to expect for that commercial.
