So is she there while Nancy is doing Dancing with the Stars or is she there perminantly?
She's there for good. Grace decided to leave the show for good.

Had Swift Justice stayed in Atlanta, Nancy Grace would have stayed with the show. Since it moved to Los Angeles, she would have been either going between Atlanta & Los Angeles to continue on Swift Justice, or give it up. She already has a show on CNN that's doing well (I could care less about her show though), she may have done the right thing. Besides, most syndicated & network shows prefer to do their shows in New York & Los Angeles anyway, & typically not in markets that aren't #1 & 2 (there are exceptions).

Since I can't edit my last post, I need to reply to the thread. Wasn't Swift Justice in HD when it was filmed in Atlanta? I swear it was in HD, because Georgia Public Televsion is all HD where the show was originally filmed. Since it moved to Los Angeles, the studios where the show is now filmed is done in SD. Georgia Public Television is all HD, while the studios that Swift Justice is now filmed at has not converted to HD. I remember my entire TV screen being filled in when it was filmed in Atlanta. Maybe CBS Distribution isn't concerned about having this syndicated show in HD. Even the studios where Maury, Jerry Springer, & Steve Wilkos for NBC Universal hasn't gone HD yet.

Blame the producers more; it seems like Swift Justice went from being a show with unique concepts like cases done via Skype and different styles of testimony and has now become the AA-Huntsville club of CBS's syndie judge shows (all of them, including Swift Justice are produced by CBS's Big Ticket Television division), where if you're case isn't good enough for Judge Judy or Judge Joe Brown, you're stuck with Jackie Glass, who moves around way too much. BTT has been very slow to move to HD, so it seems like they just drag in the SJ set after filming on the other two shows are done and keep the SD cameras.

I don't see this show going beyond one more season, if that; the loss of Nancy brought very swift post-midnight timeslot downgrades to it in many markets.
