Swingin' 650 now on weekdays

Well, as of yesterday, I was just scanning the dial around 7:00 p.m to hear what is normally the "weekend format block" of standards at KIKK 650. I also heard Ronnie tell everyone that they will be back on Tuesday......so are they easing the format into an all-day (litterly) format? I sure hope so.

BTW:I am still keeping my prediction of JACK to 97.5 in December............

They have been doing this in late afternoons for several months now. I don't think its anything new.

Wow, I really haven't been listening to them during the weekdays (because CNN 650 is good for nothing else), I didn't know that.

How will "Swingin' 650" be handled during the winter months when KIKK signs off @ 5:30 or so? Does it revert back to weekends only? Seems to me this would be a perfect full time format for 650. It caters to the early to rise, early to bed crowd, and that seems like it would fit well with their daytime only signal.

Indeed it would, despite the fact that the target demographic is the older crowd. They're not dead yet, but CNN "TV on the radio" News makes anybody brain-dead. Go for it, I say.
