Any other cases of national music/talk shows being broadcast on HD-2 (to HD-8) only?

HD-8? I've never run across any subchannel beyond 4. Are additional subchannels being used in Kansas City, or anywhere else?
I regularly see ratings numbers in the general Nielsen 12+ for HD-2 stations.
