Syndication for 2023-24

Just noticed that this Sunday April 14, 2024 that KCWI 23 (The CW) in Des Moises IA, will air Ths Hill Sunday with Chris Stirewalt at 9:30pm to 10:30pm.

The Hill Sunday airs at 9am to 10am on NewsNation.

wait isn't CW only airs 7-10pm/6-9pm central/mountain like Fox does ever Sunday? It would been better if it's a network based slot like competing against Fox News Sunday, This Week and Meet The Press either simulcast, first on CW then replay on Newsnation just like how NBC and Fox does with their news channels or first on NewsNation and later on CW primetime.

Yes The CW airs in Primetime from 6pm to 9pm then at 9pm they air ABC 5 News at 9 on the CW and then they are airing the Hill at 9:30. WOW Women of Wrestling was on at 9:30pm but they moved that to 2pm on Sunday.

It would make since to air it earlier. They air alot of church programs in the morning followed by various shoes and Paid programming. If they moved Beautiful Homes and Great Estates from 11am to 10:30am and got rid of the 10:30 and 11:30 Paid Program they could put The Hill on from 11am to Noon.

That started this past Sunday and it is a CW show and no CW isn’t exclusive to primetime anymore. It has had sports for over a year now. And the proper time for this is 10am ET I believe but many CW affiliates are not clearing it and other stations are picking it up in those markets. In Charlotte WCCB is picking it up only an hour late at 11am but WYCW is not airing it til 10:35pm and WCWG in Greensboro is not airing it at all so WGHP is picking it up and it is airing at midnight. Affiliates didn’t have a lot of notice to make room for it but eventually it will probably get better clearance.

Kinda reminds me back when Fox News Sunday started on Sundays on Fox. Fox 17 in Des Moines aired it at 1am until the a year or so later when it moved to 9am on Sundays. It now airs at 8am on Sundays.
 
The Hill is aired at 10AM on CW6 then To The Point at 11AM which To The Point goes head to head with The Hill first half hour. To The Point gets 3 airings as Wood TV also airs it 7:30PM with Big10 Football in the fall will be only aired twice.

Where are you seeing this? I'm trying to find more information on this but I'm not seeing anything.
