Syndication for 2024-25

It's possible that WKBD would get them given that it's the only other station in Detroit that airs off-network reruns of comedies. (WKBD actually stopped showing Family Guy several years ago when it moved to WADL). WKBD still currently airs late night runs of both Two and a Half Men and The King of Queens, and will continue to until the fall. Since the former is moving to a different station and the latter is exiting local syndication, that's two slots that are opened up.
Sorry to be off topic, but didn't WJBK Fox 2 air King of the Hill at 1am when it was in Syndication before they moved to WADL?

Yes, but WJBK hasn't aired syndicated comedy reruns since then. It's been local news, entertainment news shows and Judge Judy reruns.
I know. Also, King of the Hill hasn't aired in syndication since 2019, along with American Dad and The Cleveland Show. Speaking of which (don't mean to be off topic again), did they ever air in your area until 2019 (I'm really into the animation stuff)?

Thanks for sharing. Always nice to learn what is going to air in the fall. Seems like WYTV will not be carrying any paid programming shows on the weekdays at all. Kind of nice.

I agree nice to know where new and old syndication shows go to come the fall. It is odd to see paid programming in the afternoons CW6 has paid programming at 1PM to 2PM, I wonder if that will change on Sep 9 if they program that hour.

I would assume that will be the case. Usually on Labor Day where I live, there are slots that end up being filled with paid programming. As late as 2010 or 2011 they would fill those slots for a few weeks with old sitcoms mainly Coach. Most of the time I felt that that fill-in program was better than would actually premiere in a few weeks. :) :)

An update on Syndication changes this fall
Coming back: Two and a Half Men, Dr. Phil, American Housewife, and Modern Family

Not coming back: The King of Queens, Mom, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, Jerry Springer, Major Crimes, SEAL Team, The Good Doctor, court shows [Paternity, Couples, Personal Injury], and Daily Blast Live
