Syndication for 2024-25

Where did you hear that?
Since KDAF got The People's Court in September and a lot of Nexstar stations picked up the show reruns I thought why not WPIX my station? Especially with WNYW and WWOR all they got on both their plates? Imagine, if True Crime News comes, they'll have to give away The People's Court to WPIX.

Looks like Who The Bleep Was That isn't getting a second season as it was only in a few big markets and handful of midsize markets as well in the smaller TV markets was just filler, case in point West Michigan where it is on CW6 at 3:30PM to 4PM & also WXSP at 4AM to 4:30AM also explains why it has been in repeats now.

I was also surprised that TEGNA wasn't mentioned when Judge Judy repeats were renewed it has been on WZZM forever as I have said many times before. Looks like Crime Stories is being pitched for syndication the same company that created ICrime which got renewed for a 3RD season. The host for Crime Stories will be Nancy O'Dell former Access Hollywood & ET host.

"Who The Bleep Is That" was tested initially for Fox Television Stations. But no word is Divorce Court, Dish Nation, or Pictionary will be renewed.

A lot of baseless speculation on where shows might end up in the fall. I guess I am guilty of it too regarding The Conners, Judy Justice and Judge Judy— just because certain station groups are picking it up doesn’t mean every station in that group is getting it…and also just because a station group isn’t mentioned doesn’t mean a station group won’t be keeping or getting the show. Unless it’s specifically mentioned in an article that a show is moving from one station to another, or that a station group is dropping a show en masse (Fox O&O’s dropping BBT and Modern Family for example) we won’t know for sure if any shows are changing stations until the new schedules come out in the fall.

2023-24 season surprised me a little bit. I knew that WOI 5 would drop Dr. Phil and not pick up the reruns and they moved Tamron Hall over from Sister Station KCWI 23.

What surprised me was that KDSM Fox 17 picked up Sheri which is in its 2nd season (the first season didn't air in Des Moines) and Steve Wilkos which is still new, they put them in the overnight hours. Airing 3 1/2 hours of cancelled shows that are all reruns during the day. The People's Court, Judge Mathis (which took Steve Wilkos 9am time slot) and 3 episodes of Judge Judy.

Judge Mathis and Judge Millian of The People's Court their new court shows didn't get picked up in the Des Moines market, neither did 48 Hours which started this season.

He's set up his own brand-new Twitter account to "confirm" what he himself posted in this thread several weeks back. I have to admire the audacity in a weird way, I'll give it that much.
