Syndication for 2024-25

Ok, this is actually too far.
During tonight’s (OrthoNebraska) Thursday Night Lights (presented by SOS Heating and Cooling) on KXVO (Omaha Central vs Omaha North), one of their scoreboard sponsors in the far left section next to the team score was Family Feud. This may be a promotion to emphasize that Family Feud’s now on thrice a day (6:00, 6:30, and 10:00), but why would you do it on a high school football game? Here’s the photo for proof:IMG_0239.jpeg

So I just discovered something really really weird on my DirecTV that’s also confirmed on TVPassport, and it’s so insane, especially being a week after the switch.

Now this involves the Sinclair stations in my area, although KPTM is unaffected. (And side note, for those of you wondering, Modern Family is not gone from syndication, it airs at 12:00am and 12:30am on 42.) KXVO (not KPTM-DT3) apparently is getting a big change to their lineup effective tomorrow. Family Feud is no longer on thrice a day (the 10pm run is gone) and True Crime News (at 10:30) is gone as well. Law & Order: SVU is back at the 10pm slot as a result. The 12pm noon slot is a TBA, so I’ll touch base on that when I watch the recordings I’m putting on BOTH TBA spots (There’s one at 4:00am as well.). Access Hollywood morning reruns now move to 4:30am from 7am, which in turn gets replaced by a run of Paternity Court. Dr. Phil is back at 2:00am, which moves Karamo back to 3pm, and moves Flip Side off the lineup as a result. (The station or Sinclair probably saw GSN and said “Oh *bleep*.”) Oh, I almost forgot, Cutlers Court is back to a full hour at 9am as Justice for the People moves off the lineup and off Omaha TV without a trace. All other stations in the area are unaffected as well.

Last Night, Saturday September 14, KCCI 8 had a couple To Be Announced so I set them to see what was on. At 11pm was Opry which replaced The Good Doctor and at 1am was NCIS Hawaii. At 2am it said Chicago Fire but it was actually another episode of NCIS Hawaii. As I only got a few minutes of the beginning episode.

Also starting September 23, KDSM Fox 17 is replacing Family Fued at 12:30am with Crime Expose with Nancy O'Dell.

ARC-WMI: Weekend Web Of Murder Sat 11PM to 11:30PM & Late Sun/Early Mon 12:30AM to 1AM, Fatal Crime Sat 11:30PM to 12AM, WOW Women's Of Wrestling second run moves to Late Sat/Early Sun 12AM to 1AM from Sat 10:30PM to 11:30PM, The Grand Tour Sun 5PM to 6PM & 10:30PM to 11:30PM, 911 moves 8PM to 9PM Sat & Sun from 11:30PM to 12:30AM Sat & Sun, NCIS: Hawaii Sat & Sun 9PM to 10PM.

CW6: Suits 4PM to 5PM M-F.

WXSP: Suits 12AM to 1AM M-F.

KMTV is airing NCIS: Hawai’i at 2:00am, but on Saturday evenings only because of CBS wanting to air “Overnight News” to prep for Monday morning.. 😒

Also, side note, those whole KXVO schedule change shenanigans seem to be completely false. Well, it is on Mondays. I still have the 2 TBA spots scheduled to record, and I’ll be checking the noon one later. And also, I checked TVPassport and some of those things in the earlier post turned out to be true (I’ll check them as well), including the Dr. Phil move back to overnights and the whole Justice for the People thing, though it does move to 8:00am on the station.

Everytime I've been going to Titantv in the last week or so they changed it to where you can only look at that day and can't go ahead to look at 3 days in a row anymore. Wonder why the change.

Also TV Passport hasn't updated WOI 5 programs yet but finally got KCWI 23 lineup correct.

KDSM Fox 17 is making another change starting September 23. They are replacing Seinfeld at 5pm with Young Sheldon.

Seinfeld will still be on at 11pm and now The Big Bang Theory will be the only comedy that will have a double run during the week as they dropped Two and a Half Men this fall and now Seinfeld for Young Sheldon something that has been in syndication for a few years now but hasn't been seen in the Des Moines market till this fall.

They must of just added it as it still mentioned Seinfeld a few days ago.

Looks like next week Memphis is getting Bob Hearts Abishola after all but oddly it’s on WATN 24.3, which is Cozi, and it’s got graveyard times at 3 and 3:30 AM.
