WOTV will be moving Access Hollywood from 7PM to 5:30PM and moving the second EP of Black-ish to 2AM which Rules is off putting a full hour of Family Feud 7PM to 8PM. WXSP paid programming at 2:30AM replacing King Of The Hill which off as well. CW7 will air Bob's Burgers at 12:30AM, Devorce Court second run will air at 11PM, Lauren Lake's Baby Court at 11:30PM replacing the jokers show which airs on Tru TV. WXMI Fox17 Business First AM at 4AM Just For Laughs will air at 1:30AM replacing American Dad which is off.
America Says won't be cleared in Seattle. Checked with Upcoming Episodes, and I see WWOR New York but not anyone in Seattle.
25 Words or Less will air at 1-2PM on KCPQ-13. First game show since Celebrity Name Game, if I recall. Not counting network game shows. Zap2It hasn't updated for KCYU's eventual pickup, could be any time during the day. Probably the 4PM which replaces an infomercial...
Personal Injury Court will air at noon on KSTW, with Protection Court at 12:30. Replaces one run each of Lauren Lake and Couple's Court (which we in Yakima have never seen).
Judge Jerry will get a double run in Seattle after all. KZJO (JOETV) cleared it last-minute, in the noon hour. Replaces the double run of Judge Mablean's show produced by Entertainment Studios.
KSTW is one of those Feud-friendly stations. Four freakin' episodes a day. 4-5PM, 7-8PM. Feud has been everywhere in Seattle since the current syndication run began. I think every station has seen Feud except for channel 13. Louie was seen on KIRO, then KING for a blue moon, then KONG. Richard Karn was buried to 2:35AM on KOMO, then 4AM on KTWB and eventually into daytime. O'Hurley started at KMYQ, went to KIRO, then to KSTW. Harvey has always been on KSTW. His first season was seen at 4-5pm weekdays, then moved to 9-10AM a year or two later. By 2013-14 they had put Feud in prime access. Wonder how well it competes with the Wheel-Jeopardy hour over at KOMO?

That thing with Feud may be just filler programming. Sometimes one syndicated show's contract will end one week, but a new syndicated show doesn't start til the following week or the week after that.
Zap2it has schedules for 9/9, and it confirms what I have suspected for Traverse City/Cadillac:
No changes at all, except Kelly Clarkson to WPBN at 3pm, which bumps The Doctors to Steve's old slot (2pm). Speaking of Feud, WPBN airs three episodes of Family Feud in a row from 11am to 12:30pm, with an infomercial at 12:30pm

American Says 2pm to 3pm KSHB,Caught in Providence 8am hour KMCI and Court shows go to 3:30pm with Perez just one show then the List replacing Daily Blast Live means no home at moment.
NYC is dropping RightThisMinute. Its afternoon airing on WABC is replaced with Rachel Ray, moving over to make room for Tamron Hall, and the overnight block of Millionaire/RTM secondary runs at 1:36 AM is being replaced with a repeat of the same day's Tamron Hall.

The full schedule for 25 Words or Less shows that the season will have 175 episodes from 9/16/19 through 6/5/20, with a few brief rerun periods around holidays.
Both runs will air new episodes through 10/11/19, but markets only carrying the first run will miss out on episodes 2-40 even numbers because those episodes are not scheduled to re-air as reruns in the first run.

More on the Jackson, Miss. market. Couples Court debuts at 11 a.m. followed by Personal Injury Court at 11:30 a.m. on WDBD Fox 40 (America Spirit). 25 Words or Less debuts on Raycon's WLPT 3 (NBC) at 11 a.m., followed by a daytime run of Jeopardy. The evening Jeopardy airs at 3:30 before the 4 p.m. news.

The Mel Robbins Show will be replacing TMZ Live here on WFXT (Fox) from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, which means that TMZ Live will be getting moved to 11:35 PM.
