Syndication?

If you listen to the showgram on G-105 it kind of sounds like they might be prepping for syndication, especially since all segments are now ten minutes long. Any ideas as to when and what stations they might be forced onto? Clear channel has begun syndicating shows around the country, there's no reason to believe the showgram won't be next.

Bob Dumbass has been angling for syndication FOR YEARS!

HEY KZL! INCOMING!

WMKS 105.7 based on other posts.

I'm not so sure about that; G reaches well into that market as it stands.

But it would be nice to see Dumas against Murphy. That would be fun.

Clear Channel is not going to last in that line of work for too terribly long. Just a hunch.

Awww, come on, it's a no brainer! Bob and the Showgram WILL be on the new CC station. It will be interesting to see what this station does to WMAG. Will probably syphon off some of the lower demo. I think that's why CC hasn't done it before now. They're very protective of 99.5. BUT, there really wasn't too many other directions they could go. They just haven't been successful with the Urban audience. Entercom owns that niche. This station will hit the money demo and be the hot new thing for a while. Trouble is, they probably won't support it with any marketing. I doubt they will be able to sustain anything more than short term. I bet initial sampling will be high, though. It's always been a fact that young female demo stations take off really fast because women are communicators and will spread the word quickly.

I hope so because right now it looks like most of the people on their facebook page are CC employees and their spouses.
