Syr. and Utica Blue Moon Cafe

Last Sunday, while driving east from Rochester to Methuan, MA, I listened to the Blue Moon Cafe on TK99 with good ol' Mimi Griswold. Then, when that signal started to fade, I switched over to Rock 107 out of Utica, figuring it would be the same show, since that is the way it was some time ago. (I used to live in Sherrill and picked up both stations there). But no. There was a whole different Blue Moon Cafe. Didn't catch the jocks name, but it was a guy and the music was similar, although the choices were very different. Not "bad" different, just not the same show. I am assuming that Rock 107 is still a Galaxy station and that the two different jocks just makes the show easier for both of them (although, granted, probably more expensive for Mr. Levine). As I passed out of the Utica market into Albany, I tried to find the show there to no avail. Galaxy still has stations in Albany, but no Blue Moon Cafe. Are there plans for that? And if so, will there be a third Blue Moon Jock, or can either the Utica or Syr. station simulcast to Albany? I can't listen to any of them from my new home, just curious as I was a big fan of the show when I was living in the area.
