Most of Entercom full timers have it with a no compete clause which says that for a set period of time usually one to two years, for whatever reason you part ways, whether your idea or their "suggestion", you are not allowed to work on air for a competitor in the same metro market. I'm sure either Bold Gold, Gem, or almost anybody would love to have Dale Fender Steele on. Hey at least he's SOMEWHERE and for someone who used to HATE satellite, tracks, and pre fabs. I am GRATEFUL for streams and apps. There are some great stations out there, it's just that NONE of 'em are here!
