I know the best websites/places to look for on-air jobs, but I was wondering what the best place is for on-air talent to get a listing. Any have any info on good "talent banks" that PDs actually look at.

I have quite a few friends who've found work through voice123.com, although the work was of the freelance sort. I've never checked it out myself, but it might be worth a look...
