Talk About A "Roadblock"!

In television advertising, "Roadblock" refers to running the same commercial spot at the same time on as many stations and networks as possible.

On Monday evening, June 27th, the trailer for the upcoming remake of "King Kong" (due to hit movie theatres in mid-December) will air at 8:59 P.M. EDT on all nine NBC-owned broadcast and cable networks. I suspect broadcast times on some NBC-owned networks in other time zones may differ, so there may be some areas where the trailer does not get shown on all nine NBC-owned networks at once.

And yes, the new "King Kong" is produced by Universal Pictures.

(Disappointingly,) Trio has never been on digital cable here.

What about Universal HD as the 9th network?
