Atlanta couldn't stand him; so he got the boot. He's very childish; I really tried to listen to him; I gave "the new guy" a chance, for quite a few months, even. But... he was just annoying, bottom line.
The thing that sealed it for me: There was a terrible situation wherein corrupt cops in Atlanta stormed into an elderly woman's home on a "drug raid," with full knowledge, as it turned out, that it was a bogus tip - that there were no drugs being sold from this house, nor had there ever been. Said woman attempted to defend herself with some firepower of her own and was mowed down by dozens of APD bullets. At first Krok sided with his beloved cops (loudly!), saying the old woman basically had no business having a gun in her home, and being absolutely horrible to her and her family on air. But when the corruption was discovered, you never heard a word about it from his lips again. Not once. Even when it became a huge story here, on the daily news, you didn't hear him even mention the subject. I mean, if you'd heard the nasty and terrible things he was saying about the victim, you'd understand my outrage. And this is just one example of Krok's nearly pathological need to align himself with the powerful, those with "muscle," and the glee with which he derided and disregarded the less powerful. He was a whiny, immature, squeaky little bully who had absolutely no integrity whatsoever.
In fact, I surmise that Krok's one of those guys who got picked on alot in gym class, because he has this sycophantic obsession with cops and anyone else whom he perceives to be in a powerful, authoritative position. He's a pathetic, sad little man. Good riddance.
