is there still an fcc requirement that radio announcers need to file affidavits when they do commercials saying they used products or got stuff from folks thet do commercials about...lots of diets. spa. cars gold a d other crap these talikin heads have used.......do they file irs forms for this. i going to investigate. stand bye
 
God knows that Ricky Richardo's show, back when he was still "gracing" the SD airwaves, would have been 100 percent infomercial if he had to say all of that along with everything he was trying to endorse. I agree that it's not that big of a deal FCC-wise anymore.
