TALKERS: "Elder Ends Syndication"

Elder Ends Syndication
The ABC Radio Networks ends the national syndication of the Larry Elder show. Elder continues his popular afternoon program on KABC, Los Angeles.

Anyone know why?

Elder is a very talented and highly rated local host, on KABC.

I guess the discontinuance of his syndicated show squashes the critics who say "local hosts aren't any good unless they get a syndicated deal."

Yup. And local hosts have nothing to talk about, unlike Hannity who can moan about a variety of issues - local to interational. :D

[EDIT]

"If Elder was any good, he'd be national. All local hosts suck and have nothing to talk about."

So why did this ultra-successful local host flop nationally? Must not be any good or have nothing to talk about.

Right. Tell us another one.

[EDIT-inflammatory]
