Technically, it is already a "TBA" which stands for "To Be Announced".

As to when they will actually announce the affiliations, only the two networks involved really know.

And where Tallahassee is concerned, there's (sort of) a third player -- WSWG ch.44 in Valdosta, a UPN station owned and managed by WCTV -- almost the same as the one in Tallahassee, but serving the Georgia portion of the market and Albany. What WCTV-DT gets, very likely WSWG will get, too. (Though there's rumors that WSWG may also get a CBS affiliation, either on digital or analog.)
