Tallahassee gets EWTN

Long-time Christian-formatted WCVC AM-1330 flipped formats as of sign-on August 15 to the Catholic EWTN. The station is under a lease agreement with Kepha Communications.

As a former long-term employee of the old WCVC back in its better days when it was a contemporary Christian station, I couldn't help but feel a bit sad
as yet another satellite-fed service comes to Tallahassee's already pathetic AM band.

Guess I'll fire the internet station back up..<P ID="signature">______________

Actually, yes, it did, from 2002 to about July of 2004. It had gone from SG to
more preaching shows with just a little bit of southern gospel in the last year
or so.
