Tampa AMs for sale... for a loong time

These stations have been listed for sale for some time now. Any ideas as to which signals they are?

========

Tampa market: great cash flow positive, new transmitter. Could be less than 10X multiple market coverage...$950K

Tampa/St. Pete market, fulltime AM, positive cash flow, great signal...$2.0M

And not necessarily in Tampa...
FL. AM fulltime, Rush Limbaugh, Cash Flow Positive...$495K, $275K without real estate

HMM ... Where's my checkbook at ? I've been looking for an AM outlet for awhile now to start-up that all-disco station by day / polka-classics by night.

Seriously though if (unidentified) AM stations cost that much I wonder how much a blowtorch such as WFLA / WFLZ would cost ? $100 MILLION ? MORE ?

THE MAJOR

You got your new format backwards. You want the polka during the day for all the old farts that go to bed by 8:00 after Jeopardy is over. Leisure Suit Larry wants to dance all nite... so you want the disco music at night.... Just friendly format help from SBE....

Could those be part of the Tan-Talk network empire offered at a completely delusional price? WZHR-$950k, and WTAN-$2.0m.

Why would anyone sell with "great cash flow?" great signal? If you're in a boat. ;D
