Was that really a mockup of a billboard in CC Outdoor's digital printing facility in Ocala?

Was that REALLY what was in the backround of a "proof photo" taken for a South Georgia car dealer? You would clearly see the car dealer board, BUT if it was real, you'd see the other one is in the backround.

If 98Rock flips formats then 97X better get a stronger signal. I say blow up 107.3 The Eagle and give 97X that station. 107X! Just my opinion.
