"Lori Sergiacomi, who is better known as Tanya Cruise of Lite Rock 105, is accused of scheming to defraud an insurance company out of $40,000. She has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy and mail fraud. According to the plea bargain, the government will recommend the court impose a sentence on the low-end of the punishment range."

Maybe only 5-10 instead of 25 years?

I would expect that with the plea deal and the amount she is paying, she probably pointed investigators in some new directions to which, as mentioned, she won't testify against the other defendants and may be looking at less than 5 years....but I could be wrong

And we can expect them to rehire her after she's paid her debt to society with no apologies to anyone, like they did with Buddy.
