does anyone ever clean the heads on their tape decks? What I am referring to is does anyone use those cleaning kits that come with a tape and some lube? Does it make a difference when taping?

I just use some isopropyl alcohol and Qtip to clean the heads and capstans. It makes a huge difference! Your high end response will certainly return. Go to Bob Gilmore's website, and he gives a great lesson on how to maintain your cassette deck.<P ID="signature">______________
