Really? Start off with an annoying brit band's novelty song from last year, move into crusty old Lola, then old school REM, into Guns and top it off with a Pete Yorn soon to be forgotten pile of poop! Those are the keys to success my friends.

To be fair, note the 5-6-minute "gap" between the R.E.M. and Guns N' Roses songs. I'm willing to bet they were in commercial break at that time, so R.E.M. didn't really go "into" G n' R. But I'd also be willing to bet that those two artists had segued on WRXP at some point or another in the past...
 
I think they should have an Arctic Monkeys Weekend.

Maybe a "Battle of the Bands" with "The Dandy Warhols."
