Has anyone else noticed problems with TBS when they go from HD programming to 4:3 spots? I'm watching the Phillies at the Braves in HD, and I have seen several of TBS' breaks (and those obnixious Bill Engvall show promos) where the top and bottom of the video cut off trying to expand it to 16:9.

Is Bill trying to "pause" a live baseball game?

No, thank goodness. They are putting the irritating lower third animations that are getting cut off, and the promos for the show itself was getting cut off.

Because the Sonic drive in spots are so obnoxious, I refuse to eat at Sonic. I'm about the same mindset with the Engvall promos. I like Engvall, but the promos that TBS are pushing make me not want to watch the show. If it's anything like Foxworthy's show on ABC a few years ago, I know I don't want to watch it.

Exactly. Even if I liked that show I wouldn't watch it because the promos are getting so annoying.

I was watching a movie on TBS-HD this morning, which was in HD until after the last commercial break, the last few minutes came back in stretch-o-vision for some reason.
