Team Toon still Cookie Jar TV on CBS

It was my understanding that Team Toon would debut on CBS yesterday morning. However, all programs were still presented under the Cookie Jar TV banner. Did they change their minds about their name?

Also, I have a question about one of the new programs. I got to see "Danger Rangers" on my local CBS station yesterday morning. However, I discovered in online TV guides that a show also called "Danger Rangers" was also on Cedar Rapids' KCRG 9.2...Is this the same program that airs on CBS? Or is it a different show with the same name?
 
I noticed an advertisement for Team Toon broadcast by WKRG-TV in Mobile, Alabama during a break for Cookie Jar TV programming broadcast between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM Central time before "CBS News Sunday Morning" today.
 
"Danger Rangers" - what, did they merge "Power Rangers" and "Danger Mouse"? ::)
