Technical/encoding problems on KUTP?

Of the six channels on RF 26, 10.2, 45.1, and 45.3 are perfect, while 45.2, 45.4, and 45.5 are unwatchable, going from pixellated to a black screen and back. It happens on all my TVs, including the ones connected to an outside antenna. It's been happening since at least 8 AM this morning. No issues over the weekend.

As I write this, around 2.30pm Monday, those 3 channels (45.2, 45.4, 45.5) have "We'll Be Right Back" screens up, although the 45.4 screen refers to "Decades" instead of "CatchyC". The others appear OK, still running normal programming.
