technical problem at jack fm

I was listening to Jack FM in Toronto at 12:30am and it went off the air for about 30 seconds...instead I got WBEE 92.5 from Rochester and it was coming clear...then jack came back on the air with 2 min of dead silence...then they went back to music.....how strange.

The same thing happend to Mix 999 a good 6 months or so ago, but for a longer time. A good 30 minutes or so.
I believe thay had to fix something, but I do wonder why I was able to pick up MIX 100.5 out of Rochester, on 999 during that time, when I wasn't even on 100.5 FM.

Sounds like something could be <blink>intermittent</blink>...
