Tejano coming back?

Is the 101.7 translator for KGBC still on the air? I used to get spotty reception of it near downtown (fighting with KNTE) but haven't heard it in a couple of months. All I hear bothering KNTE is the northside religious translator, unless tropo is kicking up.

Perhaps K269GS altered its directional pattern?
