Tejano on 106.5 in DFW?

We tried to appeal to them directly as they are covering our signal on 95.3. They claimed they turned it down and sent pictures of their "Transmitter" showing lower power, but nothing changed. Our FCC Lawyers have now been contacted and we are trying to get listeners to file complaints with FCC, who btw require 25 complaints before they will even act. smh!

And those complaints must be within your protected coverage area to qualify as your 25. In addition, if they use who I suspect is their attorney, the letter they send listeners is written to imply they will be involved in a court case if they atest to interference. You'll have to 'hold their hands' and explain how it all works. All of these requirements came about thanks to one particular 'pastor' in Houston.

I just noticed that I’m getting no signal on 106.5 so either they powered down or it’s a dead carrier. I’m not sure.
if you'd followed them on facebook, youd know theyre off the air and waiting for the engineers to fix it

Fix it, I doubt. Replace whatever components blew out from the excessive power level, perhaps.

I'd sure be willing to follow them right on up to the front gates at Tennessee Colony, and see them all cool their heels in a 9x9 for the next few years. Not so much on Facebook, though.

Station FB page says theyll be on 97.9 HD 3 in a few days than 106.5 after that

The only permit they have is an STA to go from 9w directional to 4 watts non directional
