Telco outage may have kicked station off the air

Is it 98.1? And, we passed Everglades City about 6 weeks ago, and its "main" WBGY 88.1 was not on the air, but I believe 98.1 was!! Any idea what all that is about?

I know I've had trouble getting 88.1 along route 41 and 29 usually WAYF out of West Palm slams it. Thank you Way FM. When I've drivin into Everglades City, boom, there they are. I thibnk they are only 200 watts or so and last I heard only verticle.
