Telemundo 52 to 39 Newscast

When KFWD CH 52 lost the Telemundo affiliate to KXTX CH 39. Did they move the news personnel from KFWD or did KXTX start their spanish newscast from scratch?
 
I know 39 started its newsroom from scratch.

Actually, I didn't know 52 had news at the time, but 39's news director was hired from out of the market and began building his news department from scratch.
