Telemundo Noticias Locales

I know Telemundo Owned and Operated used to have local produce newscast before the NBC/Universal cutbacks. Is New York, WNJU 47, Los Angeles, KVEA 52, Chicago, WSNS 60, Miami WSCV 51, and Dallas KXTX 39 are the only Telemundo stations left that produces their own local newscast while Telemundo in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Phoenix, Houston, San Antonio, Salt Lake City produces from Dallas TX? Also, will NBC/Universal bring back local Spanish newscast instead of regionalized newscast?

Houston once again has it's local newscast - IIRC, "Conteo de Noticias" was a failure and at least in Houston, it's a local newscast. I'm pretty sure that San Antonio is the same way now - Austin's Telemundo 42.2 (KEYE subchannel) has, according to on-line listings, changed the newscast name from "Conteo de Noticias" to "Noticiero Telemundo Austin".
