Telemundo Rolling Out Its Own Subchannels?

My local O&O Telemundo station, KTAZ 39 Phoenix, has officially dropped Inmigrante TV for what appears to be its own subchannels. Channel 39.2, former home to Inmigrante TV, is now blank, with the label Telemundo KTAZ.2. No indication of what programming is going there.

KTAZ has also added subchannel 39.3, labeled SOI TV, Sistema de Opiniòn Interactivo. It looks like some sort of interactive channel, run by Telemundo from Miami, and not just a local channel. They have a website, [iurl=http://www.soi.tv]http://www.soi.tv[/iurl]. Unfortunately, my Spanish is incredibly deficient, and SOI TV doesn't have an English-language web page.

Anybody else seeing the same thing on their Telemundo station?

I hope they roll out an all telenovela subchannel. I have not a clue what is being said but boy is it entertaining and over the top dramatics. The women look nice too.

SOI appeared on WNJU 47-3 yesterday. I have no idea what it is.

SOI is also in Houston on KTMD-DT3. Their website indicates they've done a deal with 15 Telemundo stations.
