It is. It's either in their Hispanic or International Package, which you have to pay extra for and I think you need a special reciever for it. http://directv.com/DTVAPP/packProg/channelChart1.jsp?assetId=1200011
If I'm not mistaken it's available on with your local channels, if your market has a full-powered affilaite. I don't have Direct TV, but someone I know does and here in Hartford Channel 50 isn't on Direct TV because it's LPTV, but the Univision affiliate Channel 18 is because it's full power at 3.14 million watts.
