Telephone audio for on-air

Hello! What's the easiest way to put phone audio on the air? I know of one person who simply uses a speakerphone near the mike... I'm looking for something a little more professional and direct into the board, mainly for remote broadcasting...

There are many models that'll do whatever you want.

We use JK's "Inline Patch". It works fine, but there's a newer digital model that I'm told works even better.

VoIP Service and a softphone also works. We have taken on air calls this way.
