Televisa usa

I'm surprised to read that Televisa will bring (if they haven't stated already) an English network to USA. Yes in English, I would think it would be in Spanish. But maybe there's some kind of portion in the contract that prohibits Televisa to run Spanish language programing here in America.

First of all, what's the source?

Secondly, there's nothing stopping Televisa from establishing a network, but they can't have a major stake in any of the stations, as they are not based in the US. Though of course, that point would be moot if they plan on being a cable network.

If anything, I'd say that Televisa merely would put an English SAP on some of their shows already seen here, or, maybe a subchannel---I know that Univision's WLTV 23 has none at this moment.

BTW Televisa does have a large office building here in Miami, not far from my work....FWIW.
