Um, huh? There is a TV board devoted to Philly. But they’d have the same network programming. It makes no fundamental difference. And I doubt anyone is sitting around lamenting a decades old business decision.
Agree with the above, it’s been 25 years now since CBS left WCAU I doubt there have been any regrets. I know WCAU had some success in the early 2000’s but those days are long gone as well.

Besides as of late KYW has been #2 at least at 11:
And a good portion of the success for WCAU at the time could in part be attributed to where NBC was at the time. Network fortunes impact the affiliates to degrees.
