Telex V-220 Headset System

Anybody out there know the wiring configuration for this unit?
It terminates into an XLRF4....
Telex reports it's way past even discontinued....no help there...
There was at one time, a Telex CA-11 kit that would attach and fan out to a headset phone jack and male XLR3...no more...
any help would be appreciated,

If I recall correctly, Pin 1 is mic ground. Pin 2 is mic hot. The mic is unbalanced. Pins 3 & 4 are the headphone.
