Tell me what's this called AM related

I have 2 Radio's one is set at 1600, I other one is around 1144 or so..the 1600 am is my DX-380 & the other one is just an Analog Tuning Radio

You're listening to a dead carrier - specifically the one from your analog radio's local oscillator. Your analog radio's IF frequency is 455 kHz, so its LO is always set to be 455 kHz higher than the frequency you want to listen to.

If you tune to a station on 1200 kHz, then 1655 (LO) - 1200 (station) = 455 (IF).
