Tell us about your first VCR...

First VCR I got was a betamax cheap in 1983. I remember the first celebrity I taped off of it. Mr. T.
 
Sorry I got in soooooo late in this thread :)

It was in 1984, a Toyomenko, top loader, damn thing only lasted 6 months or so and cost me $384..!
