Telos Issue

A little station I help out on occasion had their Telos smoked during a storm the other night. I scared up some good chips that run parallel to each of the phone line plugs, and bada-bing, we got it working. Much later in the evening however, when they attempted to put calls on the air, they're describing a ground hum under the callers. I'm an hour and a half away, and was looking for a couple of things to check to mull over as I drive back there this afternoon. Thoughts?

Have you tried to call the Telos Support Dept? (216) 241-7225.
