TEM 100 watt PA

I have a TEM brand 100 watt PA here that's died. It's not a supported product by TEM anymore it would seem.
Has anyone got a manual/schematic for this unit?
It's got no model number on it that I can see, but the RF final is an MRF174.
Left hand side of the front panel is a meter, right hand side is an air vent with fan behind. Built in a 2U rack case.
